Puzzone di Moena D.O.P. is the “King” of Dolomites cheese, which boasts many awards, including the “World Cheese Award” for the “soft pasta cheese” category.

It is a raw milk cheese, made only with mountain milk, salt and rennet, without additives or preservatives.

The process is called “washed rind”, which gives to this cheese an unique and aromatic flavor.

It’s famous for its strong smell, yet pleasant aroma of butter and mountain hay.
