This honey has a fresh and balsamic taste and an aromatic smell of linden flowers.
It’s characterized by large and irregular crystals and by an amber color. Its mild sweetness and its mentholated scent, it matches well with strong and decisive cheese, such as our Puzzone or our Saporito.
